Product Features

1. The machine can conduct both forward coating and reverse coating, also can conduct oil and wax process with roller heating device
2. Three different coating rollers are equipped on the automatic pneumatic roller-easily to change
3. The blade carrier is controlled by pneumatic device, automatically advancing and retreating. The pressure between the blade and roller is adjustable. And an axial automatic reciprocating device is equipped on the blade carrier with adjustable reciprocating frequency. This remarkably enhances the coating effect.
4. According to different leathers, the height of the working surface of rubber conveyor belt can be automatically controlled .For reverse coating, four different positions are available. It remarkably flattens the working area so as to enhance the coating quality.
5. The automatic pigment supplying recycling system guarantees the reutilization of pulp and a steady viscosity of pigment, which finally ensure a high coating quality.
