A Fmygm -Surface Touch Leather Ironing Machine, B Fmygx -Line Touch Leather Ironing Machine.
1. SURFACE TOUCH- up roller and down roller displacement installation, to ensure 180mm surface touch which improves the ironing effect.
2.LINE TOUCH- up roller and down roller vertical installation, can emboss the pore pattern on leather while ironing.
3. Special down roller can ensure no deformation and bend under the pressure of 60kg (surface touch)/ 150kg (line touch).
3. Computer controls the temperature system, keeping the roller temperature always steady and same.
4. Fine adjustment of pressure device (unique in China): can adjust pressure from 0-60kg(surface touch)/ 10~150kg(line touch).
5. Equipped with intelligent leather stretching device , can guarantee stretching process not to get fold even for a very thin skin such as sheep skin.
6. Timing heating function: can preheat the equipment, and save the boot time.
7. LINE TOUCH — Oil-pressure type of roller switching device: a supporting frame up of the machine to put the roller. Use oil pressure to change roller, easy for customers to use.
