Characteristics

1. This machine is hanging structure, the overall frame. 4. The drum is driven by a motor through belts (or chain) driving system and its rotation speed is regulated by means of a frequency converter.

The driving system consists of a variable speed motor, V-belt, (or coupling), worm & worm wheel speed reducer, a small chain wheel (or belt wheel) mounted on the shaft of the speed reducer and a big chain wheel (or belt wheel) on the drum.

This driving system has the advantages of easy in operation, low in noise, stable and smooth in start & running and sensitive in speed regulation.
