On the basis of investigation and the development of domestic and foreign market,aimed to the new technology in the tannery industry, absorbed the strength and experience in the production of wooden drum and stainless steel drum, then the PPH super- loading recycle drum was successfully developed.
Product Introduction
1. The whole body of PPH drum is on a completely stainless steel frame as exquisite design make sure the overloading capacity, high efficiency and a long service life.
2. With functions of super-loading, auto-recycle system, auto-temperature control, auto-operation, hair filtering, pneumatic drainage, automatic venting, pegs and shelves combination and water in/out by rotating joint. The PPH drum has a widely usage and a high adaptability.
3. The material of big gearwheel is nylon which enhances self-lubricating coating performance with excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, shock resistance, strength, toughness and other comprehensive performance as long service life and free lubrication for use life.(NO NEED TO ADD OIL).
4. The drum door is stainless steel pneumatic automatic type. Huge door is easy to feed in and out of leather.
5. Realizing the automatic running of monitoring, operating, setting up, inverted checking, and warning during the whole production by touch-screen+ PLC control and frequency converter driving.
6. Particularly smooth as inner surface, no dead end & accumulated material, extremely easily drum cleaning.
7. The PPH drum is especially used for re-tanning and colorful dyeing of high-grade leather.
