FOR SOAKING, LIMING, TANNING, RETANNING & DYEING OF ALL KINDS OF SKINS

1. Import technology from Italy/Spain, change inner drum structure, highly improve leather movement way, float flowing way and drum running power.
2. Loading capacity 80% more, save 50% water, 25% chemicals, 70% power, 50% space, is the key new environmental equipment.
3. Wood imported EKKI from Africa ,1400kg/m3, natural seasoning for 9-12 months ,15 years warranty.
4. Crown and spider made of cast-steel, casting together with spindle , all use life warranty except normal abrasion.
5. Drum door, drainage valve and inside screws made of 316L stainless steel, hoops hot galvanization.
6. Gear box special for drum , no noise.
7. Auto/Manual control, forward and reverse running, big and small electric control cabinets.
8. Optional single speed, double speed or variable speed by inverter, chemical tank.
9. Both axles closed with more clean tannery.
10. Concrete or steel drum foundation.
