● Felt borne high pressure is imported ,it runs smoothly, its preciousness and hydroponics are well ,and its working life is long.

● Transporting of the machine is by a reducing box with hardness tooth surface ,which has great transporting force and runs smoothly.

● The speed of the felt transporting is step-less change by a frequency converter.

● The idler roller is covered with high quality antiseptic glass fiber ,it can prevent rustiness on the roller surface ad protect the felt.

● The hydraulic system of machine has the function of automatic dwelling, and equipped large capacity accumulator ,so as to ensure working pressure steady,normally,the hydraulic pump needn’t running continuously.

● The transport mechanism is made up of idler rollers and felt ,its idle adjustable device and make the transporting felt to keep centering and running smoothly ,upper felt can be centered automatically.

● Flatten adjustable device with automatic lifting up/down equipped with a spreading roller inlaid stainless steel blades ,can flatten the hide before sammying.
