Characteristics

1. This machine is hanging structure, the overall frame. 3. The machine adopts electrical heating, heating is controlled by intelligent temperature control instrument system, drum side is equipped with the transparent toughened glass observation window, can observe the conditions of drum in the processing of leather.

4. The drum is driven by a motor through belts (or chain) driving system and its rotation speed is regulated by means of a frequency converter.

The driving system consists of a variable speed motor, V-belt, (or coupling), worm & worm wheel speed reducer, a small chain wheel (or belt wheel) mounted on the shaft of the speed reducer and a big chain wheel (or belt wheel) on the drum.

This driving system has the advantages of easy in operation, low in noise, stable and smooth in start & running and sensitive in speed regulation.
