A Spraying Machine

1. Stainless steel spraying cabinet in high and digital polished pattern.

2. The bottom of cabinet is stainless steel water board, water pump continuously flushing to ensure a clean spray cabinet.

3. Special and dedicated dust blower which has 33000-66000 m3/h, makes sure best dust removing effect for the spray chamber.

4. Scientific and rational dust processing device: a water curtain in air outlet, it equips with three water filtration inside, the fan is with large door design, easy to clean and maintenance. After processing, leather dust and slurry fog into water tank.

5. The wire washing system use double brush system, to ensure that the leather is not contaminated by slurry.

6. Dry system could choose steam, oil, electric heat, fuel heat and etc.

7. Exclusive “High Density” computer which could save 10-20% slurry.

8. Three types: rotary type, reciprocating type and mixed type.
